Lymph Support Essential Oil Blend has light, raw, fresh scent with a hint of creamy mint. The blend, which includes , Myrtle, Sage, Nutmeg, Geranium, Myrrh, and German Chamomile in a base of 60% Fractionated Coconut Oil, has a very smooth feel to it.

Lymph Support Essential Oil Blend is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Wellness Collection. Try massaging it around the neck and lymph nodes, or massage into a desired targeted area. Lymph Support Essential Oil Blend is relaxing and refreshing while helping to calm feelings of everyday stress.

Each of Rocky Mountain Oils' premium essential oil blends is composed of a unique blend of essential oil elements.

Lymph Support:Spearmint, Myrtle, Sage, Nutmeg, Geranium, Myrrh, and German Chamomile in a base of 60% Fractionated Coconut Oil

 

Usage:

 

Lymph Support Massage Cream

  • 30 drops Lymph Support
  • 2 capsules Vitamin E
  • ½ teaspoon Lanolin
  • 1 cup Shea Butter

Melt shea butter and lanolin, remove from heat, and add Vitamin E. Blend in essential oil. Put in container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected area 2-3 times a day.


Lymphatic Support Bath

  • 2-3 drops Lymph Support
  • 1 drop Cucumber Seed
  • 2 teaspoons FCO
  • 1 cup Sea Salts

Dissolve oils in the Sea Salt and add to a warm/hot bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes. Make sure your skin can handle the blend before immersing yourself in it.
